Written by Sam Brown and Renée Armand, "One Day In Your Life" featured on Michael Jackson's fourth solo album "Forever Michael", in 1975 on the Motown label. While a modest U.S. hit, it was a bigger hit in the UK, where it became Michael Jackson's first solo recording to hit #1 on the UK Singles Chart. It was number one in the UK for 2 weeks in June 1981.
